Saved from severe pain in the knee! I noticed a slight discomfort in my right knee after squats. After stopping training, the pain receded, but it returned with the cold weather, worsening daily until I struggled to flex my leg due to unbearable pain. Finding it challenging as a girl with no pretty shoes, I read reviews and decided to order these tablets. It was the best decision! The pain began to diminish in two days, while other remedies offered no relief. I now occasionally take them for prevention—just a pill a day, allowing me to comfortably wear any shoes.

I think it works! I've been experiencing joint and muscle pain, specifically related to TMJ, and read that glucosamine can assist with that. I noticed some improvement after about a week. The product’s taste is truly awful, but I don’t expect supplements to be tasty snacks, so I don’t mind as long as it works.

Drank to alleviate lumbar pain. It's valid. Not immediately, but progressively. The effect is clear—my lower back pain and sharp knee pain with sudden movements disappeared.
